Meet Axel by the flagged lifeguard station at Marbella Beach for a two-hour surf session, including 1.5 hours in the water. Your instructor provides a soft board and wetsuit, then covers warm-up, board handling, and standing up before you practice in the waves. English, French, and Spanish instruction is available.

Meet Lagoondy’s instructors at their bungalow beside Biarritz’s Côte des Basques. In a 1.5-hour lesson, you’ll learn beach safety, paddling, standing, and wave control in French, English, or Spanish. Groups are kept small, equipment suits your size and the season, and lessons run only when low tide and conditions are suitable.
Meet instructor Etienne at Plage du Centre in Bidart for a private 90-minute surf lesson near Biarritz. You’ll cover beach safety, bodysurfing, paddling, standing up, and basic board control. Boards, wetsuits, and a shower are included. The lesson is suited to beginners and children from age six.
